Booking & Cancellation Policy

NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS

To secure an appointment, a non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking. The amount will depend on the requested treatment. Deposits range from £5.00 to a £100.00. When booking online a £1.00 deposit will automatically be taken and 48 hours cancellation notice will be required. If a cancellation notice is not given a 50% charge will be deducted from the price of your treatment, in our busy periods the charge will be the full price of your treatment. Please see below for busy periods.

Please give at least 48-hour notice should you wish to cancel an appointment as a courtesy to both our therapists and other clients who are on the cancellation list. Giving notice will help us to re-schedule your treatment to a more convenient time. Failure to give at least 48-hour notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

CONTINUALLY MISSED APPOINTMENTS

Clients who have previously missed 3 or more appointments will politely be asked to pay 50% of their requested treatment. We completely understand that things can happen at the last minute and can assure you that we will always be understanding and sympathetic in certain circumstances. Regrettably, we have had to put these measures in place because of the sheer volume of non-arrivals we have had, which has cost our salon hundreds of pounds per month.

NEW CLIENTS

Please arrive 5 minutes before your treatment time to allow yourself time to complete our client details form. All personal details taken from clients will be kept secure and held in the utmost confidence.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift Vouchers are the perfect gift for all occasions and can be purchased by phone or at our shop’s reception. Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 months from purchase. Gift Voucher treatments are subject to our usual booking & cancellation policy. Failure to give at least 24-hour notice will result in forfeiture of 50% of the value of your Gift Voucher.

VALUABLES

Always ensure that you retrieve all your valuables before leaving the premises as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.
